Kullanım Şartları — İnternetsiz Oyunlar

Bu şartlar, SixtyFour Labs ("biz") tarafından yayınlanan "İnternetsiz Oyunlar" uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan Uygulamayı kullanma.
1. Kullanım lisansı
Uygulamayı kendi cihazlarında, kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanman için sana sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulama sana satılmaz, yalnızca lisanslanır.
2. Kullanım kuralları
Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, dağıtamaz, satamaz veya kiralayamazsın; kaynak kodunu elde etmeye çalışamaz (tersine mühendislik), güvenlik önlemlerini, reklamları veya abonelik kontrollerini atlatmaya çalışamazsın. Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı bir amaçla kullanamazsın.
3. Reklamlar
Uygulama ücretsizdir ve reklamlarla desteklenir. Reklamlar üçüncü taraf reklam ağları (Google AdMob) tarafından sunulur; reklamı verilen ürün ve hizmetlerden biz sorumlu değiliz. Reklamlarla ilgili veri işleme için Gizlilik Politikası'na bak: https://minigames.sixtyfourlabs.net/privacy.html
4. Reklamsız abonelik
Uygulama içinden aylık, otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik satın alarak reklamları kaldırabilirsin.
Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Google Play veya Apple App Store hesabından alınır. Güncel fiyat satın almadan önce uygulamada ve mağazada gösterilir.
Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe her ay aynı fiyattan otomatik olarak yenilenir ve yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabından alınır.
Aboneliği istediğin zaman Google Play veya App Store hesap ayarlarındaki abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsin. İptal, içinde bulunduğun dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; o döneme kadar reklamsız kullanım devam eder.
İade talepleri ilgili mağazanın (Google Play veya Apple) iade kurallarına tabidir; ödemeleri biz almadığımız için iadeyi doğrudan biz yapamayız.
Aboneliği aynı mağaza hesabıyla oturum açılmış başka bir cihazda "Satın alımları geri yükle" seçeneğiyle etkinleştirebilirsin.
5. Oyun verileri
İlerlemen, ayarların ve favorilerin yalnızca cihazında saklanır. Uygulamayı kaldırırsan, cihazını sıfırlarsan veya değiştirirsen bu veriler silinebilir; bunları geri getiremeyiz.
6. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama ve içindeki oyunlar, grafikler, sesler, metinler ve diğer tüm içerikler SixtyFour Labs'e veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunur.
7. Güncellemeler ve değişiklikler
Uygulamayı güncelleyebilir; oyun ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Uygulamanın her zaman kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
8. Garanti reddi
Uygulama yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur; açık veya örtülü hiçbir garanti verilmez.
9. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ayda Uygulama için ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır.
10. Apple App Store'dan indirenler için ek hükümler
Bu şartlar Apple ile değil, seninle SixtyFour Labs arasındadır; Uygulamadan ve içeriğinden Apple değil biz sorumluyuz. Apple'ın Uygulama için bakım veya destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur. Uygulama herhangi bir garantiye uymazsa Apple'a bildirebilirsin; Apple, varsa satın alma bedelini iade eder, bunun dışında Apple'ın Uygulamaya ilişkin başka bir garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur. Uygulamayla ilgili ürün sorumluluğu, mevzuata uygunluk, tüketici hakları ve fikri mülkiyet ihlali iddialarından Apple değil biz sorumluyuz. Uygulamayı yasaklı ülkelerde ya da yasaklı kişi listelerinde yer alıyorsan kullanamazsın. Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu şartların üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır ve bu şartları sana karşı uygulama hakkına sahiptir. Uygulamayı App Store'dan indirdiysen Apple'ın standart lisans sözleşmesindeki (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) kullanım kuralları da geçerlidir.
11. Şartlarda değişiklik
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır. Değişiklikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen, güncel şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

Terms of Use — Offline Games

These terms govern your use of the "Offline Games" app (the "App"), published by SixtyFour Labs ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.
2. Acceptable use
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the App; attempt to reverse engineer or extract its source code; or try to circumvent its security measures, ads or subscription checks. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
3. Advertising
The App is free and supported by ads served by third-party networks (Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the products or services advertised. See the Privacy Policy for how ad-related data is handled: https://minigames.sixtyfourlabs.net/privacy.html
4. Ad-free subscription
You can remove ads by purchasing a monthly, auto-renewing subscription in the App.
Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase. The current price is shown in the App and in the store before you buy.
The subscription renews automatically each month at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage and cancel the subscription at any time in the subscriptions section of your Google Play or App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; ad-free use continues until then.
Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the respective store (Google Play or Apple); because we do not process payments, we cannot issue refunds directly.
You can activate your subscription on another device signed in to the same store account with the "Restore purchases" option.
5. Game data
Your progress, settings and favorites are stored only on your device. They may be lost if you uninstall the App, reset or replace your device, and we cannot recover them.
6. Intellectual property
The App and all of its games, graphics, sounds, text and other content are owned by SixtyFour Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Updates and changes
We may update the App and add, change or remove games. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months.
10. Additional terms for Apple App Store downloads
These terms are between you and SixtyFour Labs, not Apple; we, not Apple, are responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual property infringement claims. You may not use the App if you are located in an embargoed country or are on a list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. If you downloaded the App from the App Store, the usage rules of Apple's Standard License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also apply.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Diese Bedingungen regeln die Nutzung der von SixtyFour Labs („wir", „uns") herausgegebenen App „Offline Spiele" (die „App"). Mit dem Herunterladen oder Nutzen der App stimmst du ihnen zu. Wenn du nicht zustimmst, nutze die App nicht.
1. Lizenz
Wir gewähren dir eine beschränkte, nicht ausschließliche, nicht übertragbare und widerrufliche Lizenz, die App auf Geräten zu nutzen, die dir gehören oder die du kontrollierst — zu persönlichen, nicht gewerblichen Zwecken. Die App wird dir lizenziert, nicht verkauft.
2. Zulässige Nutzung
Du darfst die App nicht kopieren, verändern, verbreiten, verkaufen oder vermieten; nicht versuchen, sie zurückzuentwickeln oder ihren Quellcode auszulesen; und nicht versuchen, ihre Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, die Werbung oder die Abo-Prüfungen zu umgehen. Eine rechtswidrige Nutzung der App ist nicht gestattet.
3. Werbung
Die App ist kostenlos und wird durch Werbung von Drittanbieter-Netzwerken (Google AdMob) finanziert. Für die beworbenen Produkte und Dienste sind wir nicht verantwortlich. Wie werbebezogene Daten verarbeitet werden, steht in der Datenschutzerklärung: https://minigames.sixtyfourlabs.net/privacy.html
4. Werbefreies Abo
Du kannst die Werbung entfernen, indem du in der App ein monatliches, sich automatisch verlängerndes Abo abschließt.
Die Zahlung wird mit der Bestätigung des Kaufs über dein Google-Play- oder Apple-App-Store-Konto abgebucht. Den aktuellen Preis siehst du vor dem Kauf in der App und im Store.
Das Abo verlängert sich automatisch jeden Monat zum gleichen Preis, sofern es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des laufenden Zeitraums gekündigt wird; die Abbuchung für die Verlängerung erfolgt innerhalb der letzten 24 Stunden des Zeitraums.
Du kannst das Abo jederzeit im Abo-Bereich der Kontoeinstellungen von Google Play oder des App Store verwalten und kündigen. Die Kündigung wird zum Ende des laufenden Zeitraums wirksam; bis dahin bleibt die App werbefrei.
Erstattungen richten sich nach den Erstattungsregeln des jeweiligen Stores (Google Play oder Apple); da wir keine Zahlungen abwickeln, können wir Erstattungen nicht selbst vornehmen.
Auf einem weiteren Gerät, das im selben Store-Konto angemeldet ist, aktivierst du dein Abo mit „Käufe wiederherstellen".
5. Spieldaten
Dein Fortschritt, deine Einstellungen und deine Favoriten werden nur auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Sie können verloren gehen, wenn du die App deinstallierst, dein Gerät zurücksetzt oder wechselst; wir können sie nicht wiederherstellen.
6. Geistiges Eigentum
Die App und alle darin enthaltenen Spiele, Grafiken, Töne, Texte und sonstigen Inhalte gehören SixtyFour Labs oder seinen Lizenzgebern und sind durch Gesetze zum Schutz geistigen Eigentums geschützt.
7. Updates und Änderungen
Wir können die App aktualisieren sowie Spiele hinzufügen, ändern oder entfernen. Wir garantieren nicht, dass die App jederzeit verfügbar, ununterbrochen oder fehlerfrei läuft.
8. Gewährleistungsausschluss
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, wird die App „wie besehen" und „wie verfügbar" bereitgestellt, ohne ausdrückliche oder stillschweigende Gewährleistungen.
9. Haftungsbeschränkung
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für mittelbare Schäden, Begleitschäden oder Folgeschäden aus der Nutzung oder Nichtnutzbarkeit der App. Unsere Gesamthaftung ist auf den Betrag beschränkt, den du in den letzten 12 Monaten für die App gezahlt hast. Gesetzliche Rechte von Verbraucherinnen und Verbrauchern bleiben unberührt.
10. Zusätzliche Bedingungen für Downloads aus dem Apple App Store
Diese Bedingungen bestehen zwischen dir und SixtyFour Labs, nicht mit Apple; für die App und ihre Inhalte sind wir verantwortlich, nicht Apple. Apple ist nicht verpflichtet, Wartung oder Support für die App zu leisten. Entspricht die App einer Gewährleistung nicht, kannst du dich an Apple wenden; Apple erstattet dann gegebenenfalls den Kaufpreis. Darüber hinaus trifft Apple keine Gewährleistungspflicht für die App. Für Ansprüche im Zusammenhang mit der App — etwa Produkthaftung, Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Verbraucherschutz und Verletzung geistigen Eigentums — sind wir verantwortlich, nicht Apple. Du darfst die App nicht nutzen, wenn du dich in einem Embargo-Land befindest oder auf einer Liste verbotener oder beschränkter Parteien stehst. Apple und seine Tochtergesellschaften sind Drittbegünstigte dieser Bedingungen und können sie dir gegenüber durchsetzen. Wir können diese Bedingungen aktualisieren; die aktuelle Fassung wird immer auf dieser Seite veröffentlicht. Nutzt du die App nach einer Änderung weiter, akzeptierst du die aktualisierten Bedingungen.
